The civil services examination is conducted annually by the UPSC in three stages - preliminary, main and interview - to select officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others.
This year the UPSC exam was topped by Shubham Kumar meanwhile Jagrati Awasthi secured the second position and Ankita Jain, the third.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the results of the Civil Services (CSE) Main examination 2020 on September 24.
